| A: | First wash your face, or the area you wish to treat, carefully with mild soap. Then apply SPOTLESS™ in a thin layer. Leave the cream on and let your skin absorb it. Do NOT wash it off. | |

Q: | How long will a tube of SPOTLESS™ last me? |
| A: | SPOTLESS™ comes in 50 ml portions. How long it will last, depends largely on how regularly and how much cream you use per application. However, two applications in a thin layer, only on the face, should last you about 50 days. | |

Q: | Does this cream contain parabenes? |
| A: | No - There are no parabenes in any Sprunk-Jansen cream. | |

Q: | Can this cream cause an allergic reaction? |
| A: | The cream consists only of natural ingredients and should not cause an allergic reaction. However, few people do suffer from being allergic to citrus, which is one of the active ingredients in the cream. | |
