Sprunk-Jansen ship products anywhere in the world.
Products are shipped in an envelope. Measures are taken to ensure that the product arrives in a premium condition. However we cannot guarantee that the package won't be bent during shipment.
Orders placed before 2 pm GMT (London) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm GMT or during the weekend will be shipped on the following workday. Delivery time may vary upon destination.
Packages are shipped using standard international mail.
If you for some reason should regret your purchase it is possible to return unused products. To do this Sprunk-Jansen Wellbeing must be contacted within 14 days from delivery.

What personal information do we collect and why do we collect it?
Sprunk-Jansen may collect personal information about you (such as your name, postal address, telephone number and email address) that you provide voluntarily.
